INVOICE
  • each Participant will receive a VAT invoice (VAT rate: 23%) for the participation in the conference and accommodation
  • the VAT invoice will be issued after the payment has been credited to the account of the Organizer’s Office
  • the VAT invoice will be e-mailed to the address indicated at registration.
REGISTRATION
  • MEDICAL SECTOR: participation in the conference is possible only for the representatives of the Partners/Sponsors of the 33rd Congress of the Polish Society of Hematologists and Transfusionists. Additional cost of participation of the representatives of the Congress Partner/Sponsor outside the sponsorship package is PLN 1 500,00 excl. VAT per person. Representatives of companies that are not partners or sponsors of the 33rd Congress of the Polish Society of Hematologists and Transfusionists may not participate in the Congress.
  • REGISTRATION | CONGRESS FEES: registration for the Congress may be made until 22 September 2027 (or until the limit of places is reached). The Organizer does not conduct registration during the Congress.
  • REGISTRATION | REGISTRATION PROFILE DOCTOR: the participation fee includes: participation in scientific sessions and the pharmaceutical companies’ exhibition, congress materials, ID badge, refreshments (coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners), and certificate in an electronic form.
  • REGISTRATION | REGISTRATION PROFILE DIAGNOSTICIAN, NURSE, OTHER (verified by the Organizer), STUDENT: the participation fee includes: participation in scientific sessions, congress materials (program), ID badge, refreshments (coffee breaks, lunches, and dinners), and certificate in an electronic form. Pursuant to the Pharmaceutical Law Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2026, item 612, as amended), the above-mentioned professional groups will not be permitted to attend sponsored sessions or sponsored lectures delivered by pharmaceutical companies, or to access the pharmaceutical companies’ exhibition.
CANCELLATION POLICY The participation may be cancelled free of charge up to 90 days prior to the start of the Congress.
After this date, the following cancellation fees shall apply:
  • cancellation 89-30 days prior to the start of the Congress will result in charging the Participant with 50% of costs
  • cancellation 29 days and less prior to the start of the Congress will result in charging the Participant with 100% of costs.
LEGAL NOTICE The conference is intended for individuals working in the medical sector who have registered in advance. Sponsored sessions, lectures sponsored by pharmaceutical companies, and the pharmaceutical companies’ exhibition are intended exclusively for persons authorized to issue prescriptions or persons engaged in the trade of medicinal products.
