On behalf of the Scientific Committee and the Organizing Committee, I have the honour and great pleasure of inviting you to participate in the 33rd Congress of the Polish Society of Haematology and Transfusion Medicine, which will take place in Wrocław on 23–25 September 2027, in the unique spaces of the National Forum of Music..
The Congress of the Polish Society of Hematology and Transfusion Medicine has long been the most important meeting place for our community, united by a common goal: the development of haematology and transfusion medicine and the continuous improvement of patient care. The scientific program of the Congress will include both presentations of the latest scientific achievements and practical aspects of diagnostics and treatment, with a particular emphasis on modern therapies, hematopoietic cell transplantation, and innovations in transfusion medicine.
We are particularly pleased to return to Wrocław after eighteen years. The previous Congress, organized in this city, left a lasting impression on the participants as an event of high academic and organizational excellence. This year's meeting is a natural continuation of this history and an expression of appreciation for the scientific and organizational potential of Wrocław. The National Forum of Music is a venue whose importance and unique atmosphere perfectly reflect the nature of a national scientific event of this scale.
Today, progress in haematology and transfusion medicine is moving faster than ever before. This highlights the growing importance of meetings that allow us not only to share knowledge and experience but also to jointly define directions for the further development of our specialties. We believe that the 33rd Congress will be just such an event – inspiring, open to dialogue, and creating a space for collaboration.
